Inbound Sales Representative

reputed company is a collection of ecommerce retail businesses in the home furnishings sector. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to assist customers with product selection, process orders, and maintain knowledge of their product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual goals and objectives as provided on a quarterly reputed company
• Assist customers with appropriate product selection and take sales orders
• Guide customers through the website and order process effectively
• Process quotes, sales orders, and returns accurately and reputed company
• Contribute reputed company on ways to resolve problems to reputed company serve the customer and/or improve productivity
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company, patio and home decor products to help customers reputed company their selection
• Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and reputed company manner using procedures learned during new-hire training

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
