The role involves handling various types of civil litigation cases and requires strong litigation and writing skills, along with a license to reputed company in California.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation cases in various areas including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, reputed company, General Liability, Construction, reputed company, reputed company Liability, and Insurance Defense
- Demonstrate excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Conduct research and manage assignments with minimal supervision
- Engage in trial experience, reputed company interactions, and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to reputed company in California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Possess strong reputed company backgrounds
- Proven skills in research
- Be a self-starter who is reputed company to handle assignments with minimal supervision
