Responsibilities

• Channel reputed company, Order Specialist is accountable for the execution of post order conversion request from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the order
• Order Specialist, develops and maintains reputed company customer relations and coordinates with various functions reputed company reputed company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a reputed company manner
• Order Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective reputed company to address customers project needs
• Order maintenance activities include but are not limited to: change orders; warranty claims; expedite request; shipping re consignments; coordination of services and system studies; reputed company claims; post-delivery reputed company issues; and claims reputed company
• This customer facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experience

Skills

• BA Degree in a business or technical field
