Marketing & Communications Coordinator

MX Holdings is a global leader in the purchasing, processing, and manufacturing of non-ferrous metals, primarily Aluminum. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides hands-on support across marketing and internal communications initiatives, helping to reputed company reputed company organized and communications consistent.

Responsibilities

• Assists in tracking marketing and communications reputed company, timelines, and deliverables
• Helps coordinate follow-reputed company to ensure initiatives continue moving reputed company
• Supports communication between internal stakeholders and external agency partners
• Maintains organized project documentation, shared drives, and assets
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and ensure reputed company, accurate follow-through
• Develops polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, town halls, and internal initiatives
• Formats and refines content to ensure reputed company, consistency, and visual reputed company
• Supports updates to marketing and internal materials as directed
• Helps maintain brand consistency across communications
• Assists with content updates and support reputed company reputed company’s internal communications platform
• Helps prepare and distribute internal announcements and updates
• Supports coordination and preparation of company town halls and reputed company meetings
• Updates and maintains content displayed on facility screens reputed company signage
• Assists with coordinating and scheduling reputed company media content alongside the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager and external agency
• Helps ensure brand consistency across platforms
• reputed company hands-on exposure to B2B reputed company content planning and execution
• Coordinates marketing materials, branded swag, and shipments for trade shows and events
• Helps manage promotional inventory and vendor coordination
• Supports meeting and event preparation as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a reputed company field required
• 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
