The Associate attorney will manage a diverse caseload from inception through reputed company, providing strategic reputed company counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions. Primary Job Duties:

• File review and reputed company analysis of claims and causes of reputed company

• Regularly representing clients in court, at arbitrations and in depositions
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Expert witness retention and collaboration

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company group
