Staff Accountant (Entry-Level)

Fast Enterprises is a provider of essential software and services for reputed company and government. As an entry-level Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with reputed company standards, and supporting overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle reputed company including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Review and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
• Assist with audit preparation and special reputed company as needed
• Work closely with senior reputed company staff to resolve discrepancies and reputed company support for any reputed company-reputed company issue
• Accurately record and process semimonthly payroll journal entries, ensuring reputed company allocation across departments and cost centers
• Assist in processing accounts payable, ensuring accurate vendor reconciliations, expense tracking, and compliance with company policies
• Conduct credit card reconciliations, verifying transactions, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring reputed company reputed company
• Support audit and tax preparation efforts by gathering documentation, preparing reconciliations, and responding to auditor requests
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, or currently pursuing one with graduation reputed company a month
