A/P Payment Associate

4imprint is a company that provides personalized promotional products to businesses and organizations. They are seeking an A/P Payment Associate to assist with workflow in the Accounts Payable Payment area and serve as backup in other areas of Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the eight reputed company principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily reputed company: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, reputed company, reputed company Attitude, Humility
• Ensure vendor record reputed company
• Process and submit payments to vendors
• Ensure that reputed company information on remittance advices to vendors is accurate
• Process reputed company invoices for payment
• Responsible for reputed company follow-up to customer and vendor inquiries
• Assist with completing vendor paperwork, including verifying banking information
• Work on any reputed company as assigned by manager
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Assist in processing vendor credit memos
• Assist with entering vendor invoices as needed
• Assist customers and vendors with requests and payment information reputed company telephone

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in reputed company-reputed company functions or a similar field

• Data entry and 10-key proficiency
• Associate's degree in reputed company or reputed company field a plus
