Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to engage with customers through calls and online channels, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries about reputed company products and services.

Responsibilities

• You are the reputed company of contact for reputed company technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other designated reputed company products
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and reputed company manner using agreed-upon procedures

Skills

• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent, with a High School diploma or GED
