The role involves assisting with vendor management, purchasing, file management, and invoice processing to reputed company the teams organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with vendors and product renewal activities
• reputed company subscription and contract start and end dates
• reputed company in-stock computer equipment to meet the needs of staff
• Purchase hardware and software as needed
• Manage and reputed company purchase orders and projected IT spend
• Process and reputed company invoices, working with the reputed company finance team
