[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

Arterra Wines Canada is a pioneer in the Canadian wine industry with 150 years of experience, seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative for their BC Sales team. The role involves processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales plan while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company and accurate processing of daily orders for BC reputed company customers (LRS, Grocery, & On-reputed company)
• Handle customer enquiries, solve problems in reputed company-time and reputed company difficult conversations with a reputed company on win-win reputed company
• reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for inquiries about new product launches, supply, order process systems, pricing, product returns, and payment inquiries
• Coordinate New Account setup by working with customers, set up desk, finance, and sales managers to reputed company details on new customer information prior to order fulfillment
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to maintain accurate Inventory Reports
• Generate and distribute Daily Sales reports for management team
• Support the delivery of the annual sales plan through targeted key strategic initiatives and by cultivating customer relationships and synergies

Skills

• Grade 12 diploma
• Demonstrated ability to maintain impeccable attention to detail while navigating a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and peers
• Team player who enjoys contributing to a high-performing reputed company-reputed company group
• Computer literacy with potential to grasp new systems quickly and reputed company coaching/feedback
• Genuine interest and passion for the alcohol beverage industry, specifically wine
• Liquor industry, hospitality, customer service or retail experience an asset
