Marketing Operations Associate - Content Ops

reputed company is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking an Operations Associate to support game operations and content execution. This role involves managing daily free to play contests, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance fan engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and manage daily free to play contests reputed company to the live sports calendar
• Apply deep sports knowledge to identify key matchups, storylines, and moments that will reputed company with fans
• Monitor injuries, line changes, and reputed company time game developments to proactively reputed company contests and content
• Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to reputed company game mechanics and messaging

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in game and content workflows and proactively propose solutions

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or content roles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple live workstreams simultaneously
• Proven ability to execute consistently while adapting quickly to change

• Willingness to work reputed company including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Occasional travel for team offsites or office collaboration
• Sports industry experience strongly preferred
