Case Coordinator

POSITION reputed company: The Case Coordinator facilitates the smooth progression of reputed company reputed company by managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues. This role ensures reputed company task completion, supports reporting, and promotes reputed company communication to maintain high operational standards. This position is a fully remote role reputed company only to residents of California, Washington, and Texas. Candidates must be available to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST).

What You’ll Do

• Review cases regularly to identify delays, missing tasks, or next steps
• Communicate with attorneys and staff to support workflow reputed company
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in our case management system (reputed company)
• Assist with reporting and identifying workflow improvements
• Help coordinate case status meetings and follow up on reputed company items
• Support task assignments and workload distribution
• Escalate issues or delays to leadership reputed company needed

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputed company, administrative, or operations role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Comfort working with case management systems (reputed company experience a plus)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accountability

Knowledge/Skills
