What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, reputed company, and inspired to grow. You will:

• Assists other BPA locations as needed based upon reputed company clinic locations' needs.
• Assist with the orientation of new colleagues and supervise student interns as appropriate.
• Ensure initial treatment plans and other intake documentation have been completed reputed company regulatory and policy timeframes for reputed company new patients admitted to the program.
• Identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with state regulations and reputed company licensure law(s) to reputed company patients regarding psychological, emotional, and/or reputed company abuse problems.
• Displays reputed company involvement in the treatment planning process, including bi-weekly treatment teams and daily reputed company meetings.
• Displays reputed company involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment process.
• Provides family session counseling to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members.

• Ongoing and consistent collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members.

• Demonstrates appropriate crisis reputed company and de-escalation skills and acts as a member of the crisis response team reputed company a crisis occurs.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, reputed company Work, or equivalent in the behavioral health field
• 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred
• reputed company Texas license as an LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW
