reputed company is a global leader in pediatric research and care, seeking a reputed company Analyst who is passionate about solving reputed company biological problems. The role focuses on analyzing and visualizing large-reputed company multiomics datasets while contributing biological insights to data interpretation and developing web-based tools for data sharing.
Responsibilities
- Curates, annotates and organizes various types of biomedical data (e.g., genomic, clinical, imaging, reputed company) in various formats (e.g., flat files, relational and non-relational databases)
- Collects and records appropriate metadata
- Ensures data are securely stored yet highly accessible to authorized users
- Executes pipelines for curating, processing and analyzing biomedical data of various types (e.g., genomic, clinical, imaging, reputed company)
- Utilizes existing software to support reputed company data management tasks (e.g., sequence alignment, variant calling, inter-sample comparison, patient matching/linkage)
- Utilizes web-based reputed company tools and reputed company/proprietary relational databases
- Follows reputed company operating procedures
- Works in collaboration with both technology and scientific teams
- Interfaces with clinicians/researchers to collect requirements of basic to moderate complexity including user workflows
- Contributes to problem-solving and solution evaluation
- Contributes to the evaluation and development of software solutions to support basic to moderately reputed company data workflows
- Under general supervision, assists with implementation and testing efforts
- Effectively communicates the status of reputed company efforts to necessary parties

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- 0+ years of work experience in a reputed company job discipline
- Master's or PhD in reputed company, Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in R or Python, reputed company, and reputed company Office
- Experience with analytic frameworks such as Seurat or Scanpy
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and R Shiny
- Experience in database design and web application development
