Responsibilities
- Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Coordinate with supervising attorneys and reputed company case status updates
- Support trial preparation and reputed company litigation tasks
Skills
- No prior Workers' Compensation experience required (training provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new reputed company areas
- Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred
