About the Role
As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll support customers by answering inbound calls reputed company to health & welfare, pension, and retirement benefits. This includes assisting callers with benefit inquiries, eligibility, and general questions regarding their plans.
You will manage a steady reputed company volume while reputed company listening, navigating multiple systems, and providing accurate and reputed company resolutions. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reputed company are essential reputed company handling sensitive customer information.

Requirements:
We’re seeking candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first reputed company. To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Previous reputed company center experience
- Experience with health & welfare, pension, or retirement benefits
- Strong keyboarding skills and ability to reputed company multiple systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing a high volume of calls
- Ability to follow guidelines and reputed company accurate information
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of background reputed company
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Remote Requirements:
- Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
