Claims Examiner, Workers Compensation

BETA reputed company Group is the largest reputed company liability insurer of hospitals on the reputed company coast, providing coverage to over 600 hospitals and reputed company facilities. They are seeking a Claims Examiner to manage reputed company aspects of claims in the Workers' Compensation team, ensuring reputed company and accurate resolutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims and determine course of reputed company from inception to reputed company reputed company and accurately
• reputed company and analyze information including medical, reputed company, and factual evidence to determine compensability of claim
• Evaluate claims to determine appropriate use of independent medical evaluations for claims and/or refer to reputed company
• Evaluate reputed company information to reputed company appropriate determination on compensability and issue compensability reputed company
• Manage and reputed company reputed company of diary, e-mail, mail, faxes, phone calls, payments, required benefit notices, etc. to reputed company claim to the best financial outcome and reputed company reputed company

• Evaluate and determine an appropriate negotiated settlement reputed company, reputed company authority level
• Communicate, strategize and reputed company reputed company counsel regarding issues such as discovery, depositions, settlement value

Skills

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum one (1) years' experience as a workers' compensation examiner or equivalent
• Knowledge of claims management techniques, including investigation, reserving, cost analysis, and case reputed company techniques
• Strong customer reputed company with a strong reputed company of urgency and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Manage multiple simultaneous reputed company; working independently in a multi-tasking office setting
