[Remote] M&A Analyst / Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, part of reputed company Software Inc., is looking for an M&A Analyst / Associate to assist in executing its capital deployment reputed company. The role involves evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities while collaborating with senior M&A professionals and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• After developing a strong understanding of reputed company’ business model and acquisition processes, the Analyst / Associate will support and contribute to acquisition transactions from initial evaluation through closing and post-reputed company follow-up
• Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return assessment
• Supporting and coordinating due diligence activities, including working with internal functional teams and business unit stakeholders
• Preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees
• Assisting with transaction negotiations, deal structuring, and execution
• Supporting post-reputed company monitoring and facilitating the hand-off to integration teams
• Support M&A business development specialists in tracking, nurturing, and qualifying acquisition opportunities
• Assist in maintaining relationships with acquisition targets and intermediaries through calls, emails, and occasional in-person meetings
• Help ensure reputed company escalation of relevant opportunities to senior M&reputed company members
• Internal reporting on reputed company-reputed company acquisition activity, pipeline status, and post-reputed company acquisition performance
• Some travel required (approximately 10–25%)

Skills

• 0–2+ years of relevant experience for Analyst-level candidates; 2–5+ years for Associate-level candidates, in M&A, corporate development, transaction services, reputed company, corporate finance, or investment analysis
• Experience with financial modeling and deal-reputed company analysis; exposure to investment memoranda is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Solid working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Completion of an undergraduate degree
• MBA or reputed company designation is an asset but not required
