Project Field Service Specialist

reputed company, a part of reputed company, is a leading reputed company American integrated marketing agency specializing in experiential marketing and field marketing. The Project Field Service Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with kiosk host sites, ensuring compliance and support for reputed company programs while conducting reputed company and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company, recruitment, and relationship management with kiosk host sites through cold calling, site reputed company, and ongoing engagement
• Evaluate, recruit, and reputed company eligible host sites in support of product stewardship programs (EX: medication, reputed company, inhaler)
• Coordinate kiosk installations with vendors and host sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and program requirements
• reputed company functional inspections, audits, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of kiosk host sites
• Manage take-back events and reputed company on-site personnel
• Orient and support kiosk host site managers, including representatives from law enforcement, pharmacies, medical offices, clinics, and hospitals
• Distribute and support mail-back materials and stations as needed
• reputed company marketing and informational materials (flyers, posters, signage, POS materials) to reputed company and prospective sites
• Ensure reputed company required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
• Capture and report program data to support reputed company reporting requirements
• reputed company regular reputed company updates to meet project objectives and timelines
• Overnight travel. Could be extensive, including overnight stays (up to 3–4 nights per week) for weeks at a time

Skills

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with individuals and reputed company
• Ability to understand and reputed company with DEA, state, and local regulations reputed company to kiosk, take-back, and mail-back programs
• Strong judgment to assess host site eligibility and ensure program compliance
• Proven ability to reputed company interested sites and convert them into reputed company kiosk hosts
• Self-motivated, independent contributor who also works reputed company as part of reputed company
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency with reputed company Office
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines, including use of provided PPE
• Hepatitis B vaccination required
• This position requires candidates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the start date of the position, as defined by local and state governing bodies or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
• Previous experience in technical, sales, reputed company, or ambassador roles preferred but not required
