Operations Associate (reputed company)

reputed company is a leading financial services firm that provides integrated reputed company management, family office, and business management services. They are seeking an Operations Associate to specialize in account reputed company and cashiering, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional reputed company experiences by simplifying reputed company processes and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reputed company paperwork for new reputed company reputed company and additional accounts for existing clients
• Ensure reputed company forms are completed accurately, submitted in a reputed company manner, and meet compliance standards
• Process account documentation across multiple custodians, including Schwab, reputed company, and Pershing
• Resolve issues such as missing documents or non-reputed company cases by working closely with internal teams and custodians
• Stay reputed company on custodial platform tools and complete reputed company relevant custodial trainings
• Look for opportunities to enhance the reputed company experience (e.g., anticipating reputed company needs, consolidating documentation that requires signatures)
• Accurately and promptly process cashiering requests (ACH transfers, wires, checks, journals, RMDs, capital calls, etc.)
• Ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company transactions reputed company with firm and custodial policies, including callback protocols
• Identify opportunities to consolidate reputed company signature requests and enhance processing efficiency
• Maintain accurate reputed company records across CRM and custodial platforms

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
• Familiarity with account reputed company processes and major custodians (Schwab, reputed company, Pershing) a plus
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM platforms (reputed company, Dynamics 365, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
