LCB Licensing Analyst 1 (Home Headquartered - Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia County)
About the Department

Position Duties
- Examining statements of applicant's assets and liabilities
- Reviewing the sources of funds to determine any possible involvement in illicit activity
- Fully investigating any adverse pecuniary interest which may reputed company eligibility for a license

- Reviewing property deeds to verify ownership of property containing a premises licensed or to be licensed
- Evaluating lease or sales agreements to reputed company the continuity of property ownership and occupation
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Minimum Qualifications
- An associate's degree; or
- Two years of technical inspection experience; or
- Two years of experience involving the review of financial documents to determine the reputed company of funds.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are reputed company three months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
