Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company phases of insurance defense litigation from case inception through verdict, including case assessment, discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, reputed company-trial negotiations, courtroom advocacy, and post-trial motions to reputed company favorable reputed company
• Organize and prepare case materials, including documents, evidence, and reputed company research for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
