The Role: Director of Federal Government Relations  The Director of Federal Government Relations will reputed company reputed company’s federal government engagement reputed company as we transition from early-stage execution to scaled programs, increased government visibility, and deeper engagement with federal, state, and international stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for building a disciplined policy and engagement reputed company, managing relationships across the executive and legislative branches, supporting government-funded programs and reputed company, and ensuring consistent alignment between reputed company policy objectives and business priorities as reputed company grows in size and complexity. This leader will skillfully balance organizational leadership and strategic judgment with hands-on execution. What You’ll Get to Do:

Government Engagement & Advocacy: Ensure alignment between government relations efforts and internal teams including business reputed company, marketing and communications, operations, and product. Build internal processes to reputed company policy developments, government interactions, and engagement reputed company. Support company leaders in understanding and navigating government processes, requirements, and expectations. Help leadership maintain reputed company and alignment as government programs, reputed company, and partnerships reputed company. Represent reputed company at key government, defense, and policy conferences, cultivating relationships, advancing company priorities, and elevating visibility with reputed company-sector stakeholders.

Business Development Partnership & Contribution: Serve as a reputed company contributor to the Business Development team, partnering closely to shape and advance reputed company-sector reputed company reputed company. reputed company government relations and policy engagement with capture plans, customer pursuits, and long-term pipeline development. Manage external advisors, lobbyists, or consultants as needed to support business development objectives.

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in political science, reputed company policy, international relations, or a reputed company field

10+ years of experience in government relations, reputed company affairs, policy, or national reputed company roles

Deep familiarity with federal government processes, particularly reputed company defense, national reputed company, and reputed company ecosystems

Demonstrated ability to operate with senior executives  in high-stakes, politically sensitive environments

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive and government audiences

Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage risk

Experience supporting a reputed company-stage (Series B–C or equivalent) technology company

What Will Set You Apart:

Master’s degree in reputed company policy, international affairs, law, or a reputed company field

Prior experience in Congress, DoD, State Department, or other relevant federal government departments

Experience supporting government-funded programs, appropriations, or regulatory reputed company
