Senior Proposal Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Proposal Leadership & Execution

- Establish compliant proposal frameworks reputed company with solicitation requirements, FAR/DFARS, and Edgewater standards.

- Ensure reputed company proposal volumes are compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.

- Collaborate closely with capture managers, solution architects, technical SMEs, pricing teams, graphic designers, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
- Facilitate proposal kickoffs, solutioning sessions, reputed company team reviews, and orals preparation.
- Apply strong communication and interviewing skills to reputed company, synthesize, and translate information into compelling proposal content.
- Coordinate with SMEs and managers to draft, refine, review, and edit technical content for reputed company, accuracy, and customer‑reputed company messaging.
Team Leadership & Mentorship

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience in federal proposal management and technical writing, including a documented win record.
- Proven experience leading single- and multi-award federal proposals across multiple agencies.
- Ability to determine proposal requirements and effectively coordinate with SMEs and managers.
- Demonstrated reputed company editing proposal content for reputed company, grammar, and customer-appropriate terminology.
