The Business Operations Analyst position reputed company reputed company’s Food Retail Services team is crucial in providing day-to-day business support for Corporate Accounts and Field Sales, ensuring smooth communication and operations while assisting with customer account management and data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support for Sales Team members to reduce the non-sales efforts, including clearing billing issues and other administrative work
• Ensure installations sales support activities that have been requested happen complete and on time, interfacing with the installation team, the FRS Field Team, other Divisional Field Teams and Supply Chain
• reputed company technical expertise for customers on installations and products
• reputed company tools to show performance and demonstrate improvements realized through improved processes
• Conduct regular and reputed company data requests and reporting
• Work cross functionally with other reputed company divisions to support the customer

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of experience; prior food retail service industry experience preferred
• Strong organization skills
