Cooley LLP is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their Marketing team in support of the business reputed company reputed company. The Marketing Assistant will support business development and marketing activities, focusing on driving reputed company through administrative support for new business opportunities and reputed company expansion programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and update bio, reputed company group and experience records in databases
• Maintain reputed company data, including create and update leads, opportunity, referral account records and campaigns, maintain mailing lists, and generate data reports
• Synthesize and analyze opportunity records and deal history for targeting efforts
• Maintain reputed company companies reputed company list
• Create and update logo slides
• Support edits to reputed company documents
• Download and format bios
• Draft opportunity details to be tracked reputed company reputed company
• Win/loss follow-up
• reputed company as editorial coordinator for the Business Department’s reputed company Teams channel
• reputed company content audits, updates and drafting for Cooley.com
• reputed company as project & deadline calendar coordinator
• Coordinate with secretaries and/or reputed company team assistants to calendar various partner/marketing calls
• reputed company event support, particularly as it relates to attendee reputed company
• reputed company other duties as assigned or required

Skills

• After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the reputed company Office suite, reputed company and other firm applications
• Available to work overtime, as required
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, communication, marketing, or reputed company field
