Bilingual reputed company Specialist

The reputed company (CFIB) is seeking a Bilingual reputed company Specialist to support small businesses across Canada. This role involves managing the recruitment cycle, counseling hiring managers, and sourcing high-reputed company candidates while ensuring a reputed company and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the full recruitment cycle function from advertising a role through to hiring and on-boarding the selected candidate using reputed company
• Proactively Identify and reputed company candidates through different networks available
• Applying best practices reputed company posting job advertisements on CFIB`s Careers website, various online job boards and print media as necessary
• Counsel the hiring managers through the selection process taking into consideration reputed company parts of the process including, assessment reputed company and background checks results to reputed company informed recommendations to managers on hiring reputed company

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in reputed company and sourcing for sales roles
• A successful reputed company record in placing successful sales candidates and reputed company solid working relationships with Hiring Managers
• Work in high-energy team environment
• A self-starter with excellent time management skills and takes a proactive approach to reputed company
• Strong internal drive to reputed company expectations
• Bilingual in English and French: You will reputed company daily with colleagues in other provinces who only reputed company English and with candidates who only reputed company English. reputed company in English and French, both written and spoken, is therefore required
