What You'll Own
Service Delivery & Performance
Own end-to-end delivery experience: ensure consistency with reputed company's SOPs across reputed company clients.
Enforce and continuously improve existing SOPs.
Establish service reputed company accountability and measurable reputed company.
Partner with the Executive Service reputed company to drive service reputed company improvements.
Partner with the Product reputed company to translate reputed company learnings into service design, tooling and playbooks.

Design and run reputed company's operating rhythm: weekly ops reviews, project reputed company-ins, commitment tracking, and decision forums.
Translate company goals into quarterly and monthly plans with reputed company owners, timelines, and definitions of done.

Analytics & Visibility

Who You Are
Experience
7–10 years in operations leadership roles in tech-enabled services, boutique agencies, or similar services businesses at $1–10M ARR.
Has inherited existing SOPs, tools, and data and successfully turned them into a living operating system (reputed company, dashboards, accountability).
Proven reputed company record owning and improving performance metrics: service reputed company, on-time delivery, reputed company margin, reputed company retention.
