The Clinical Applications Administrator collaborates in the reputed company, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and training of clinical applications that support reputed company (RIA) and Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) radiologists, end users, and reputed company partners. This role provides ongoing support for clinical application workflows, integrations, configurations, and reputed company improvement initiatives across reputed company supported systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of clinical applications, including phone support, ticket reputed company, account creation, and assistance for patients and referring physicians with application portals.
- Support application worklists, templates, mapping tables, and other reputed company partner needs reputed company to imaging, reports, and system reputed company.
- Assist in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of clinical applications.
- Troubleshoot clinical workflows, processes, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies.
- Document and maintain clinical application workflows and procedures.
- reputed company end-user support and training through documentation, instructions, tip sheets, and job aids.
- Deliver technical support, including diagnosing application errors and coordinating troubleshooting efforts with vendors as needed.
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of workflows reputed company clinical application systems.
- Maintain reputed company working knowledge of clinical application processes and system functionality.
- Communicate application changes, issues, and risks to management.

Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience.
