They are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer who will reputed company the origination of residential mortgage loans through customer interactions and referrals, while maintaining compliance with lending practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to the loan processing and reputed company departments
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and customer credit history
• Maintains contact with loan customer, communicating reputed company of loan and obtaining any required documentation
• Structures loan to reputed company with acceptable lending practices and Federal regulations
• Proactive reputed company through outbound calling and email to marketing prospects in reputed company to the ability to quickly respond to customer inquiries whether online or by phone
• Answers customer calls and business partner referrals to discuss various loan products and qualification information
• Makes sales calls on potential or existing customers as established in reputed company marketing plan to reputed company new business or retain existing business
• Cross-sells other bank products and services
• Reads surveys and appraisals, and takes necessary steps to correct encroachments and violations
• May participate in networking through reputed company, business and community organizations and activities to promote and market loan products

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registration with the reputed company Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous Sales Experience
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Desire for a Mortgage Banking Career
• Mortgage Loan Officers with a reputed company minimum of 1M per month average proven production volume
