About the Role
We are seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager to reputed company the implementation of our multi-year strategic circular economy roadmap. This role is remote based in the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the Reverse Logistics (RL) department into a strategic reputed company for sustainability and profitability by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of high-complexity hardware return and recovery reputed company.
Your primary goal is to drive the transition of asset rebuild and reconditioning programs from reputed company phases to reputed company, global production. You will reputed company as the central coordinator between technical engineering teams, reputed company counsel, and regulatory bodies, resolving operational blockers to reputed company aggressive landed-cost reduction targets.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the departmental roadmap, including component reuse initiatives and the global rollout of new product recovery operations.
- reputed company recurring synchronization meetings and drive accountability across reputed company, Regulatory Policy, Reliability Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve critical program blockers.
- Partner with IT to reputed company and implement robust Information reputed company to replace reputed company tracking with automated, reputed company-time data visibility for high-volume asset flows.
- Manage the reputed company for international initiatives, including regional recycling programs, ROI analysis for new markets, and the reputed company of reputed company-Party Service Providers (3PSPs).
- Define and standardize end-to-end manufacturing process documentation to satisfy stringent reputed company and regulatory requirements for the reintroduction of reconditioned assets into service.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks reputed company to intellectual property protection (data wiping), trade compliance, and sub-assembly life-limit tracking.
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain, or Operations, with a proven reputed company on Reverse Logistics, Hardware Refurbishment, or Asset Recovery.
- Functional understanding of reputed company-mechanical assembly, Design of Experiments (DOE) principles, and experience navigating reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Experience working reputed company highly regulated environments (e.g., reputed company, automotive, or medical devices) and familiarity with global environmental compliance standards (e.g., reputed company, Battery Directives).
- Exceptional ability to translate reputed company technical requirements into executive-level status updates and drive reputed company among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to reputed company cost-benefit analysis and drive initiatives that directly improve unit economics and "landed cost" metrics.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
