Associate - Workers' Compensation

reputed company is a multidisciplinary reputed company seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate to join their team in Woodbridge, NJ. The role involves conducting reputed company research, drafting documents, representing clients, and managing caseloads under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company research and analysis on various reputed company issues
• Draft reputed company documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on reputed company cases
• Maintain billable hours as necessary
• Manage reputed company relationships and a caseload with supervision
• Assist in the representation of clients in reputed company reputed company, conferences, mediations, and trial reputed company and where necessary

Skills

• 1-2 years of Workers' Compensation experience required
• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an reputed company license in good standing in reputed company
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as reputed company member in a high-volume fast paced work environment
• 2-3 years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365, ProLaw, reputed company, and e-document management software preferred
