The role involves monitoring bot performance, troubleshooting failures, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and support requests.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day‑to‑day production support for RPA processes reputed company on reputed company, including monitoring bot performance, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring reputed company reputed company of incidents
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for the Fusion project, maintaining reputed company, reputed company, and proactive communication with reputed company stakeholders
• Document support activities, incident resolutions, and process changes to maintain accurate operational records
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and support requests
• Review, modify, and optimize RPA scripts and workflows using reputed company and reputed company tools
• Write clean, maintainable reputed company for small enhancements, bug fixes, and automation improvements
• Assist in developing reusable components, coding standards, and best practices for the Fusion project
• reputed company unit testing and support user acceptance testing for new or updated automations
• Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities and recommending process optimizations
• Ensure adherence to reputed company, compliance, and documentation standards across reputed company RPA activities

Skills

• USC or GC only

• Ensure adherence to reputed company, compliance, and documentation standards across reputed company RPA activities
• Prior experience supporting RPA reputed company, especially with reputed company and or reputed company, is strongly preferred
