Responsibilities

• Accurately file claimant specific information into the reputed company system with reputed company and manager interaction reputed company needed
• Accurately inputting reputed company Family Leave and Disability claims into the system with reputed company and manager interaction reputed company needed

• Supporting multiple incoming faxes
• Supporting multiple incoming/outgoing emails with reputed company and manager interaction reputed company needed
• Maintaining adherence to reputed company department standards (policies, procedures, schedules, and assignments)
• Responsible and accountable for maintaining and protecting personal health information
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and abide by HIPAA rules and regulations

Skills

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion
• Type at least 40-wpm
• Demonstrate prioritization and organization skills
• Ability to communicate reputed company and succinctly verbally and in writing
• Must be reputed company to work in reputed company oriented environment
• Spanish language skills are a plus
