The Associate reputed company Services Consultant will support product implementation and configuration, manage customer deliverables, and ensure successful project reputed company while engaging with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company, platform configuration, and content reputed company for customers
• Interpret customer requirements into actionable tasks using internal systems and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Support, Implementation) to ensure reputed company project execution
• Maintain accurate documentation, including scope notes, reputed company updates, and QA signoffs
• Engage directly with customers to resolve issues, reputed company input, and guide setup reputed company, and escalate if warranted, consistently operating with a customer’s reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company, consulting, support, or project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
