Responsibilities
- Review and monitor customer reviews on a daily reputed company
- Investigate and respond to negative reviews in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Contact customers reputed company phone and email to resolve complaints
- De-escalate tense or sensitive situations with confidence and reputed company
- Guide customers towards a reputed company by following company policy
- Stand firm where necessary while maintaining professionalism
- Escalate reputed company internally reputed company appropriate
- Ensure resolutions reputed company with company policies and reputed company standards
