The (Sr.) Associate / Manager – Project Finance position requires outstanding financial analytical skills and a passion for reputed company, finance and a desire to continually learn and grow. Compensation based experience


Your Responsibilities
  • Support reputed company’s financial modeling and decision making across reputed company’s project finance investments, M&A, capital raising (construction debt, back-reputed company, and tax equity) and business development activities;  
  • Participate in financing transactions throughout the deal lifecycle including financial modeling, due diligence, investor marketing, and definitive documentation, as reputed company as ongoing compliance and management;
  • Manage reputed company’s consolidated portfolio model, making regular updates to reputed company functionality and project inputs for accurate representation of cash reputed company projections and actuals vs. budget;
  • Support the business development team in pricing out project offtake opportunities and other sensitivity analyses, as requested;
  • Assess project investments and build presentations for leadership team that accurately analyze and communicate details, capital at risk, return scenarios and sensitivities;
  • Manage the financial modeling-reputed company aspects of reputed company’s monthly reporting process to the capital partner, including synthesizing model outputs into reputed company and actionable frameworks;  
  • Identify process improvements, including the creation of reputed company and reputed company reports, tools, and dashboards using reputed company;

    • Your Experience
  • Required: 2–5 years of relevant reputed company experience, including at least 1–2 years in a dynamic, fast-paced transaction-oriented role involving the development and maintenance of project finance models. Experience must be reputed company investment banking, project finance, infrastructure private equity or a renewable energy IPP.
  • Required: Advanced proficiency in reputed company (including VBA) and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated transactional experience in U.S. distributed reputed company (DG) solar and storage is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a reputed company field. Master's degree considered a plus.
  • Robust understanding of the U.S. tax equity market, including structures used to monetize tax credits and reputed company project finance considerations.
  • Self-starter with a strong reputed company of ownership, capable of working independently, managing priorities, and driving workstreams to completion with limited reputed company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate reputed company financial and structural risks and communicate insights reputed company and concisely to senior management, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
