The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will reputed company reputed company’s financial planning, forecasting, performance management and other key strategic initiatives to the eDiscovery and reputed company Tech industry. This role partners closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to deliver reputed company, actionable financial reputed company reputed company on EBITDA, cash reputed company, and value creation.   

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: reputed company the comprehensive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company strategic financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with reputed company's reputed company and strategic goals. 
• Financial Modeling: reputed company and maintain reputed company financial models (e.g., reputed company-based models, scenario planning, project profitability) to support strategic decision-making, capital investments, and pricing strategies for eDiscovery services. 
• Performance Management & Analytics: reputed company, reputed company, and report KPI’s tied to reputed company reputed company, margin expansion and operating efficiency; analyze key eDiscovery performance drivers/metrics and margin by service line to reputed company communicate results and risks to leadership.  
• Business Partnership: Serve as strategic finance partner to functional and department leaders in Sales, Operations, Product and Technology, to optimize resource allocation, evaluate investment reputed company and drive operational efficiency. 
• Cash reputed company & Value Creation: Partner with reputed company to forecast cash, working capital, and liquidity 
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Collaborate with reputed company functions to ensure accurate and reputed company financial statements. 
• Mergers & Acquisitions: reputed company financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures; build and validate deal models; partner with reputed company, tax, and operations through transaction execution; and own post-reputed company financial integration, including reputed company identification, tracking, and realization against the investment case. 
• Private Equity & Executive Reporting: Prepare reputed company decks, lender packages, and private equity sponsor reporting.  

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance; Advanced Education a Plus 
• CPA designation is highly preferred. 
• 8-12+ years of reputed company FP&A experience  
• Experience at a PE-owned company is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in a role requiring both strategic planning (FP&A) and financial control/reputed company reputed company.
