The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and reputed company processing of reputed company-in applications and annual recertifications in accordance with reputed company reputed company housing program requirements. This role works closely with applicants, site teams, residents and compliance reviewers to collect, verify, and organize documentation, ensuring files are complete and compliant prior to reputed company-in. By supporting lease-up and stabilized properties, the Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in achieving occupancy goals, maintaining program compliance, and creating a reputed company experience for new residents.

Responsibilities 

• Process and reputed company reputed company-in applications, ensuring reputed company files are reviewed, verified, and approved reputed company 3–5 business days of submission.
• Process and reputed company annual recertifications, ensuring reputed company files are reviewed, verified and approved reputed company 30 days of the annual recertification effective date. 
• Collect, verify, and input applicant income, asset, and household information in compliance with program guidelines.
•  Ensure reputed company-in files are complete, accurate, and reputed company for compliance review and approval prior to lease signing.
• Communicate directly with applicants, residents and site teams to request missing or clarifying documentation.
• Partner with property management staff to support reputed company reputed company-ins and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in property management and compliance systems.
• reputed company application status and reputed company regular updates to Compliance Leadership, property staff, and regional managers.
• Assist in preparing reputed company-in files for investor, state agency, or internal audits.
• Contribute to the reputed company and accurate completion of required annual compliance reports, as assigned.
• Collaborate with senior compliance and managers to resolve deficiencies quickly and maintain compliance standards.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 3-4+ years of reputed company housing compliance experience. 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple certifications simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills reputed company working with applicants, residents, and colleagues.
• Experience with property management or compliance software preferred (e.g., reputed company, Rent Café).
• Prior reputed company housing or compliance experience is highly preferred; however, we will train candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits for Compliance Specialist: 

Pay reputed company:  $55,400 -  $69,200 

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
