reputed company Facilities Maintenance Technician

Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs the following duties in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.

·         Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems such as but not limited to: repair and unclog toilets, urinals, replace and maintain valve assemblies, toilets and faucet fixtures as and repair/maintain sensors for automatic flush kits, etc.

·         Performs routine painting, carpentry work, general maintenance, etc., as necessary to maintain our supported facilities in like new condition (e.g. repair a hole in dry wall, prep the area, and match the paint to present a uniform and original like new appearance).

·         Repairs and routine maintenance of walls, floors, doors and any painting and touch up work as necessary for the beautification of our customers’ facilities in like new condition (e.g. repair a hole in dry wall, prep the area, and match the paint to present a uniform and original like new appearance).

·         Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed without a license reputed company state law requirements (e.g. repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, and outlets.  Replace light bulbs, ballasts and sockets if necessary).

Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.  

 Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to:

·         reputed company and complete work orders including notes reputed company provided. 

·         Create and submit Service Reports and reputed company Inspection images and reports.

·         Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.

·         Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete reputed company tasks.

Creates a reputed company climate with the reputed company, provides and generates customer satisfaction. Maintains reputed company and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams.

Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.

Provides estimates for larger reputed company and services needed to onsite customer.  

Completes other duties as assigned or required.

Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)

HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent reputed company experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.

Business Experience (prior years’ work/reputed company experience)

Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to reputed company the duties and responsibilities as described including reputed company work experience in one or more of the building trades. Background in the reputed company services highly preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and reputed company reputed company’s license in good standing.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.

Technical Qualifications & Skills

Complete assigned work orders in a reputed company manner and communicate work order status reputed company designated business process.

Ability to use and operate handheld device and business systems or document management Database software, including but not limited to reputed company office, reputed company reputed company (email), MS office (word, reputed company).
