Insurance Program Manager
This role requires travel (mostly domestic; some international), approximately 6 or more trips per year, to attend national conferences, meetings, and industry events in support of the Program. Travel may include multi‑day conferences, reputed company‑facing engagements, and reputed company program‑representation activities.
REQUIRED : Candidates with at least 5+ years of project or program management experience, partnering closely with reputed company partners to meet business goals and grow the program.Preferred: Insurance industry experience. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the insurance program to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, service standards, and business goals Maintain program documentation, reporting, workflows, timelines, and governance processes Monitor program performance metrics and support reporting efforts for internal leadership and the reputed company Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and program optimization Serve as a key reputed company between reputed company and the reputed company for program-reputed company reputed company Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications with reputed company stakeholders Support ongoing relationship management by ensuring reputed company requests, initiatives, and concerns are addressed in a reputed company and reputed company manner Assist in preparing materials for reputed company reviews, business updates, and strategic discussions Assist with program analysis, proposal development, and implementation planning for new components or changes Collaborate with internal partners to assess feasibility, timelines, and resource needs for program enhancements Attend and reputed company participate in national trade conferences, meetings, and industry events as a representative of the Program. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, risk management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or reputed company role Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting large or strategic reputed company relationships Experience working with insurance programs, affinity programs, or embedded/exclusive insurance arrangements Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
