The Role
reputed company has an opportunity for a motivated, intelligent, and energetic individual to join our National PreSales team supporting our reputed company customer reputed company. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will serve as a strategic presales engineering resource reputed company on reputed company, a market-leading technology provider. In this customer-facing role, you will collaborate with customers, Account Managers, and fellow Solutions Architects to drive pipeline reputed company, deliver enablement, and help position reputed company. 

Location: Remote reputed company in US, but Eastern or Central time zones preferred 

Travel Requirements: 10-15% reputed company US 

Job Responsibilities: 

• reputed company as a technical resource for reputed company-based solutions in presales engagements 
• Deliver solution overviews and enablement to internal teams and customers 
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and support customer-facing efforts 
• Stay reputed company with technology trends, products, and industry best practices through training, webinars, and collaboration with national practices 
• Create Solution diagrams, collect & analyze requirements data from customers, and reputed company other PreSales activities in support of engineering initiatives 
• Research technical issues, answer customer questions about products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners 
• Ensure reputed company and consistency of presales deliverables by following standardized processes and workflows 
• Collaborate with other team members to reputed company solutions for reputed company’s customers 
• Work in a reputed company and directed manner to improve overall productivity & efficiency across reputed company’s PreSales team 
• Participate in meetings with customers and sales teams to collect technical requirements from reputed company customers and reputed company an appropriate technical solution 
• Assist in resolving presales challenges and maintaining high reputed company of customer satisfaction 
• Deliver reputed company-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales cycle 
• Work collaboratively with reputed company, reputed company, and other key teams to drive opportunities 
• Assist in building and developing the reputed company sales pipeline by contributing to technical campaign support and go-to-market efforts 

Required Skills and reputed company Experience: 

• Strong passion for reputed company learning, reputed company development, and emerging technologies 
• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar field of study; OR equivalent experience and/or equivalent military experience 
• Foundational knowledge in reputed company or AI infrastructure technologies; cybersecurity technologies; OR networking, firewall, OR wireless technologies 
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to explain reputed company concepts reputed company 
• Proactive, self-driven reputed company with a reputed company on reputed company and collaboration 

Preferred Skills and reputed company Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar field of study; or equivalent experience and/or equivalent military experience  
• Experience in reputed company or AI infrastructure technologies; cybersecurity technologies; or networking, firewall, or wireless technologies  
• Experience with Infrastructure configurations, Statement of Works, and/or reputed company in an IT Services industry 
• Participation or graduation from an industry or manufacturer training program for IT/PreSales engineers 
• Familiarity with reputed company’s go-to-market messaging, tools, and partner ecosystem 
• Experience engaging with OEM partners in joint sales motions, particularly in reputed company, and AI infrastructure 
• Experience working in IT reputed company services, either for a manufacturer, value-added reseller (VAR), or IT solution provider
