The Staff Software Engineer reports directly to the Director of Engineering and serves as a senior technical leader with a proven reputed company record of shaping engineering direction and elevating teams across both high-reputed company startups and large, reputed company organizations. 

This is a highly impactful role for an engineer who operates at the intersection of architecture, execution, and influence. You will design and reputed company system architectures, reputed company reputed company team initiatives, and reputed company the technical bar across the organization through hands-on contribution, mentorship, and thought leadership.

What You Have:

  • Azure experience preferred, with AWS, GCP, or equivalent platforms also valued.

  • Production observability and monitoring 
  • Feature flagging and experimentation frameworks (Bonus for having designed or implemented these systems.)

Compensation: 

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $147,200 – $202,400 annually. This reputed company reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
