Essential Functions and Primary Duties

reputed company focuses on providing both buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence to private equity sponsors and companies across a reputed company of industries located throughout the U.S. You will reputed company in-depth financial and business analysis and advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks reputed company to mergers and acquisitions. Your analyses will directly inform recommendations reputed company to valuation, deal structure, and key transaction risks. Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (or meets the reputed company to sit for the CPA exam) and knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)

• A preferred minimum of 2-4 years of financial audit experience (preferably with a top ten reputed company reputed company firm), investment banking, financial due diligence, corporate finance, financial consulting or other M&A experience

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3 years of supervisory experience
