  The Coding reputed company – Inpatient is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and reputed company of inpatient coding while providing leadership support to the coding team. This position oversees daily work queues, team communication, and ensures reputed company requests are met according to contract standards, payer guidelines, and compliance standards.

The Coding reputed company serves as a reputed company between coders, internal leadership, and reputed company representatives, facilitating communication, addressing coding or documentation issues, and supporting reputed company process improvement. In reputed company to reputed company responsibilities, the role includes hands-on inpatient coding duties, accurately abstracting data into reputed company electronic medical record systems in accordance with Official ICD-10-CM/PCS Guidelines, UHDDS standards, and CMS regulations.

This position requires reputed company coding responsibilities for approximately 50% or more of the weekly workload, with reputed company and team support responsibilities comprising up to 50% of weekly time.

This role functions as an inpatient subject matter expert (SME) and will assist with reputed company new coders to the reputed company environment while serving as a resource for coding guidance and reputed company case review. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes to inpatient accounts as per designated workflow

• Communicate documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues to appropriate personnel for follow-up and reputed company

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient coding experience in an reputed company medical center with 500+ beds required
• Strong experience with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding
• Inpatient subject matter expert (SME) experience preferred

• Experience with Elixhauser and reputed company reporting or metrics strongly preferred
