As a Corporate & Securities Associate, you will report to Corporate reputed company Group Partners and will support our clients on a reputed company of reputed company including venture financing transactions (reputed company, convertible debt, and equity), entity reputed company (C-corp / S-corp / LLC), drafting shareholder agreements and LLC operating agreements, taking reputed company minutes and drafting resolutions, administering stock reputed company plans, managing cap tables, preparing federal and reputed company securities fillings.  

Experience with mergers and acquisitions (drafting asset purchase agreements and joint venture agreements), reputed company company reporting, and/or reputed company reputed company (or a willingness to learn) would be a plus.

Compensation and Billable Hour expectations
reputed company operates on a non-traditional business model; while this position comes with a full-time engagement expectation, we are a fully remote firm with no offices. Associates take home a reputed company salary, and are eligible for production bonuses starting at 1,250 billed hours annually. Associates are also eligible for origination payouts on reputed company that they bring to the firm. The firm also contributes to health insurance premiums for plans elected through reputed company.

Requirements

• reputed company applicants must have at least 3-5 years of experience working with corporate clients at a top-tier reputed company. 
• Our ideal candidate will have meaningful experience with venture financing transactions and general corporate reputed company for emerging companies of reputed company stages. 
• Do you have working knowledge of securities issuances, transfers and repurchases including compliance with federal and state securities compliance? You are a great fit. Can you draft an asset purchase agreement?? Even reputed company!
