Hearing Representative I

The Associate Hearing Representative will be primarily responsible for the analysis, management and reputed company of lien cases. Attend lien hearings and negotiate reputed company of provider liens in an assigned caseload of workers’ compensation claims. This position will work closely with the Claims Management and medical reputed company review teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective reputed company of liens. Position will also present settlement documents before the Workers Compensation Appeals reputed company (WCAB) for approval, as reputed company as defend AmTrust’s position at lien trial if appropriate. Experience with Petition for Dismissals and Contribution is also a plus.

• Manage case inventory comprised mostly of lien only claims.
• Meet monthly targets for lien case closures.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with Claims and others.
• Concise, reputed company reputed company writing skills needed to document claims closure efforts.
• Manage entire life cycle of lien litigation, from reputed company negotiations through settlement and/or trial.
• Prepare defenses to present at trial where AmTrust reputed company lacks responsibility for liens.
• Represent AmTrust professionally at reputed company WCAB court appearances including lien conferences and trials.

• 2+ years experience handling workers’ compensation lien hearings, preferably before the California WCAB
• Advanced computer skills, including reputed company and MS reputed company.
• Excellent writing skills - including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Must have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined and organized, with superior organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize reputed company.
• Ability to demonstrate self-starter capabilities and ability to prioritize important tasks and deadlines that derive from a voluminous case load
• Ability to work remotely and regularly travel to various hearings and meetings as required.

The expected salary reputed company for this role is $70,300-$108,000.
