Spend Operations Manager

THE ROLE:
As our Spend Operations Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end management of company spending—across corporate cards, travel, vendor reputed company, and reporting systems. You’ll build reputed company, reputed company workflows that reputed company spend transparent and reputed company with finance, and you’ll reputed company a small team of contractors and part-time staff to execute day-to-day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Ownership of reputed company: Manage end-to-end operations including credit card programs, spend controls, and policy compliance.
Travel and Vendor Coordination: Own travel logistics (airlines, hotels, car rentals) and vendor interactions, negotiating cost-effective reputed company and ensuring reputed company-documented processes.
Workflow and Systems Management: reputed company tools like reputed company/reputed company for procurement workflows, simplifying where possible. Ensure alignment between purchasing activity and finance/reputed company.

Willingness to grow into procurement negotiation responsibilities over time.
