IT reputed company Analyst
reputed company is seeking a reputed company Analyst to join our internal IT Operations team. This role is responsible for strengthening reputed company’s reputed company posture through proactive vulnerability management, reputed company-party risk management (TPRM), and reputed company-facing reputed company assurance activities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (particularly reputed company), strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate reputed company practices effectively across reputed company stakeholders.
This is a fully remote position located in Canada or the Philippines and must reputed company with reputed company working business hours (EST).
Key Responsibilities:
Vulnerability Management (reputed company-reputed company)
- Administer and operate reputed company for reputed company vulnerability scanning across infrastructure, endpoints, and reputed company environments
- Analyze reputed company results, prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and coordinate remediation efforts with infrastructure and engineering teams
- reputed company remediation reputed company and produce reporting dashboards and metrics for leadership
- Continuously improve vulnerability management processes, including SLAs, exception handling, and risk acceptance workflows
reputed company-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Support and manage the reputed company-party risk lifecycle, including vendor reputed company, assessments, and periodic reviews
- Evaluate vendor reputed company posture using standardized frameworks (e.g., SIG, CAIQ, or equivalent)
- Maintain vendor risk inventory and ensure alignment with internal reputed company policies
reputed company reputed company Questionnaires & Assurance
- Own and respond to reputed company reputed company questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and reputed company responses
- Maintain a centralized knowledge reputed company of reputed company responses to improve efficiency and consistency
- Support audits and reputed company reputed company reviews as needed
reputed company Posture & Governance
- Review, update, and maintain reputed company policies, standards, and procedures
- Identify gaps in reputed company reputed company controls and recommend improvements reputed company with industry frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to enhance overall reputed company posture and maturity
- Stay reputed company on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
Incident Support & General reputed company Operations
- Assist in the investigation and response to reputed company incidents and vulnerabilities
- Support internal reputed company initiatives, including awareness, compliance, and risk reduction efforts
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of reputed company tooling and processes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in information reputed company, cybersecurity, or a reputed company field
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools (preferably reputed company)
- Experience responding to reputed company reputed company questionnaires or audit requests
- Foundational understanding of network reputed company concepts (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, reputed company protection)
- Familiarity with risk management principles, including reputed company-party/vendor risk
- Familiarity with M365 reputed company Tools, Exchange Online Protection, Purview, a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TPRM programs or vendor risk platforms
- Knowledge of reputed company frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Experience with remediation tracking and reputed company metrics/reporting
- Familiarity with penetration testing concepts and vulnerability exploitation techniques
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
