The Senior HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organization’s HR policies, practices, and processes reputed company with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This role serves as the organization’s subject matter expert in HR compliance, advising leadership and establishing governance frameworks to ensure reputed company-wide compliance.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

HR Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEO, reputed company, wage and hour laws).
• Monitor and interpret changes in employment laws and regulations; proactively recommend and implement necessary updates to policies, procedures, and practices.

Policies, Audits & Governance

Training & Education

• Partner with People Enablement to support and deliver training on HR compliance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Education, Skills, & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field with 5-7 years of reputed company HR experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HR certification required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour, leave laws, EEO, workers’ compensation, and reputed company compliance.
• Experience conducting HR audits and managing compliance programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading responses to external agency claims and complaints (e.g., reputed company, DOL), including coordinating with reputed company counsel, risk/insurance partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company and compliant reputed company.

Pay reputed company: $85,000 - $100,000 with final compensation based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
